Title: | Assistant Softball Coach |
Coach B is entering her fifth season with the Sun Chiefs as assistant softball coach. She assists with all areas of the game, primarily working with the outfielders and slappers, and runs the strength and conditioning program for softball.
Born and raised in Daphne, Ala., she graduated from Daphne High School in 2014 where she played softball and was a member of the swim team.
She continued her softball career at Faulkner State Community College where she received 2nd Team All-Conference, NJCAA All-Academic Team, and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa.
After graduating from Faulkner State with an Associates degree in Health and Physical Education, Coach B attended Belhaven University in Jackson, MS where she also played softball. While at Belhaven, she was an active member in the Sports Medicine Exercise Science Club, Sigma Mu, and received NCCAA Scholar Athlete Award, All Conference, All Region, NCCAA 2nd Team All-American, and was a member of the 2018 NCCAA Regional Champion Team and National Runner-Up team. In spring of 2018, Coach B graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine and Exercise Science.
She currently resides in Daphne with her husband, Seth.
